Layoff 12000 Employe : Reason
TCS works in many sector like financing, consulting to other big companies that are out side India, and get paid a very good amount by them.
As this is the time of the advancement of technology, we all use AI in doing different different work in different sectors. Those big companies from Other countries are taking more time to give decision to TCS as they want to do that work with them or not because most of their work is now done by the use of AI.
Is AI the real reason for this layoff?
As those big companies are using AI, so the net revenue and profit of TCS is affected by that. That is the real or meaningful reason why every company now layoffs many employee cause AI has done their work in efficient way and very fast as compared to a human. To balance the profit of that company, it layoff 2% of its employee that is 12,000 people.
